Terms and conditions of use

The Regional Technology Corporation ("RTC") provides the Directory -- comprehensive database of businesses, entrepreneurs, academia, and executives (the "Directory") to those persons ("Users") who utilize its Directory. By using the Directory, each User agrees to be bound by all of the Conditions of Use set forth in the following paragraphs.

No User may reproduce, or otherwise utilize, for commercial purposes the information provided by the RTC through the Directory without the written permission of the RTC. Consequently, without such written permission, no User may resell or commercially exploit the names, addresses or other data obtained by use of the Directory. Further, no user may use the names, addresses or other data for the purposes of unsolicited bulk electronic mail whether of a commercial nature or otherwise.

Each User acknowledges that the RTC has copyrighted the contents of the Directory as a compilation copyright and that reproductions, redistribution or publication of such content is prohibited without the express written consent of the RTC.

Each User agrees to discontinue any communication with persons listed in the RTC directory upon the request of such persons.

These Conditions of Use may be modified by the RTC at any time by publication through the Directory.

EACH USER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE DIRECTORY IS AT THE USER'S SOLE RISK. NEITHER THE RTA NOR ANY OF ITS LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS WARRANT THAT THE DIRECTORY WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE; NOR DOES THE RTC OR ANY OF ITS LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS TO BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE DIRECTORY. THE DIRECTORY IS DISTRIBUTED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE, OTHER THAN THOSE WARRANTIES WHICH ARE IMPLIED BY AND INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION, OR MODIFICATION UNDER THE LAWS APPLICABLE TO THIS DIRECTORY. NEITHER THE RTC NOR ANY ONE ELSE INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING THE DIRECTORY SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE DIRECTORY OR INABILITY TO USE THE DIRECTORY OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY.
